Sarasota Guitar and Amp reserves the right to determine the type of exhibit space and to refuse and /or relocate space(s) and/or passes to anyone for any reason. Only one exhibitor, firm, or entity may be represented per space. No space splitting, reselling, reassigning, etc. The buying or selling of musical instruments, amps or related items outside of the building by exhibitors, buyers or public is prohibited. Sarasota Guitar and Amp accepts no responsibility for deals and/or trades made by exhibitors and/or visitors on or off the premises. Each buyer and/or exhibitor is fully responsible for city, state and/or federal taxes, fees and/or fines incurred while participating in and/or attending any Sarasota Guitar and Amp Show. Each buyer and or exhibitor can, at their option and expense, provide their own property and liability insurance and are solely responsible for their space(s) and contents from load-in to load-out. No packing up merchandise or space breakdown may occur until 30 minutes prior to show close on Sunday. Neither Sarasota Guitar and Amp Show nor its employees and/or agents will be held responsible for any injuries and/or accidents. This space application/contract is not valid and will not be accepted without signature of the principal person in charge of leased space(s). Cancelation policy: Any cancelation requests must be received in writing no later than 60 days prior to show for full refund.
